Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of the company\u2019s Board and as the manager of two out of the five funds managed by the company: Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I and Capitalica Z114 Real Estate Fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision will take effect upon approval by the Bank of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChange is an inevitable part of every living, growing business organization that strives for the highest standards of quality. Bar\u0161tys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABOUT CAPITALICA ASSET MANAGEMENT AND SBA GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UAB Capitalica Asset Management (www.capitalica.lt) is an investment management company licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania, with its bonds listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Capitalica Asset Management manages investment funds that invest in commercial real estate and private debt instruments in the Baltic States:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I owns the Verde office complex in Riga, the 135 business center in Vilnius, the Kauno Dokas business center in Kaunas, and the Luiz\u0117 shopping center in Klaip\u0117da.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capitalica Z114 Real Estate Fund owns the new A-class business center Sand Offices in Vilnius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capitalica Green Logistics Fund currently owns six green concept logistics building complexes \u2013 four in Tallinn and two in Riga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capitalica European Office Fund is developing modern office buildings, including the Verde C and D building complex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capitalica Debt Fund is a bond fund investing in high-yield bonds of companies from the Baltic region and other European countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A controlling stake (70%) in Capitalica Asset Management is held by SBA Group, one of the largest business groups in Lithuania, while the remaining 30% is owned by A. Bar\u0161tys\u2019s company Fox Holdings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SBA is one of the largest Lithuanian capital business groups, comprising more than 30 companies operating in real estate, furniture manufacturing, textile production, and investment management.
