The development of the VERDE business district in Riga has reached another important milestone, with the symbolic topping-out wreath placed atop Building C. This marks the completion of the main structural works and reflects the project’s successful progress.
The new building will further enhance the modern and sustainable business district, which has already become one of Riga’s most significant office complexes. Construction continues according to schedule, while tenant interest in the project remains strong.
Once completed, the VERDE complex will offer the highest standards of sustainability, employee wellbeing, and contemporary workspaces.
