Andrius has been experienced in the capital market, asset management, and real estate since 1997.

With 20+ years of experience, Andrius closed many successful acquisitions and managed 100K+ client accounts, and 250M EUR valued AUM. Andrius' investment experience and management skills are highly regarded by his clients. Previously he had managed investment bank Finasta and the Finasta Group, one of the largest investment banking, wealth management, pension fund, and investment management platforms in the Baltic states.

Andrius graduated in FinTech from Oxford University and has a Master of Administration from Kaunas University of Technology.

Marius brings over 15 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and fund management. Throughout his career, he has participated in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions on both the buy and sell sides, executed capital raising mandates, and managed investment funds.
Earlier in his career, Marius gained experience at Modus Asset Management, in the investment banking division of Swedbank, and at the international management consultancy CIVITTA.
Marius holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University and a Master's degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University. He is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.

Lukas has over 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity investments, and evaluating and implementing residential and commercial real estate investment projects. Before joining Capitalica, he was finance director at Realco, a real estate development company.

Lukas graduated with a Bachelor's in Finance from the ISM University of Management and Economics and a Master’s in mathematics from Kaunas University of Technology.

Gabrielė has been experienced in real estate management since 2015.

Gabrielė closed 210M EUR valued transactions in Real Estate through 7+ years of her investment career while managing 40+ clients' accounts. She has gained most of her experience selling commercial real estate, advising, and consulting clients on property investments in companies such as Newsec and BPT Real Estate.

Gabrielė graduated in International Business and Communication from the ISM University of Management and Economics.
Since 2015 Gabrielė accumulates her experience in the field of real estate.

Gintaras has been working in the Real Estate market for over 10 years and sharing his experience in the Baltic regions. During all this time, he was working with well-known private and public companies such as Newsec and Inreal by advising regarding their strategic RE plans. Over the last years, Gintaras worked in RE development companies, where he was responsible for RE investments and development acquisitions in the Baltic region.

Gintaras graduated with a Bachelor’s in Financial Economics from Mykolas Romeris University.

Inga has been experienced in advising clients on asset management issues, forming investment plans, and providing advice on real estate financing and financial matters for 20 years. It manifested in her work in SEB and Danske Bank as a Senior Private Banker and Finance Consultant. Has built a network of HNWIs and retail investors.

Inga graduated with a Master's in Business Administration from Vilnius University and is also a licensed Financial Broker Consultant.

Giedrius is an accomplished professional with a management position in the IT, construction, investment, and finance sectors since 2005. Giedrius's portfolio includes serving as a board member in the Lithuanian cluster of companies with nine members.

In recent years, he managed Urban Inventories and Notus Developers companies.

Giedrius has a Master of Business Administration in finance from the St. Cloud State University – Herberg Business School.

Milda has 8+ years of experience in Finance management. Up to 10M EUR working capital and payable accounts and up to 20M EUR cash flow are under her regular responsibility on an annual basis.

Milda graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics from Mykolas Romeris University.

Vytaute Regina brings over five years of experience in the finance sector, showcasing a versatile skill set and leadership capabilities. She began her career as a Financial Consultant at iFuture Investments, where she gained valuable expertise in financial advisory. Shortly thereafter, she advanced to managerial roles in both Lithuania and Latvia, successfully leading diverse international sales teams.

Her professional expertise spans across insurance, lending, pension funds, and investments, complemented by integrated communications and marketing proficiency.

Vytautė Regina holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Communication from ISM University of Management and Economics, including exchange studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw and ESIC University in Madrid.

Ieva has 20 years of experience in real estate, investment and sales. Seven years she spent in London, working with investors and clients from all over the world. Her work experience includes companies such as Countrywide Group and Acorn Group, which provides services to clients in the most prestigious areas of London, such as Mayfair, Holland Park or Richmond.

Ieva studied finance and banking at Šiauliai University.
