Capitalica Asset Management has secured an additional €31 million in financing from Rietumu Banka for the construction of the fourth building (Building D) of the VERDE business centre in Riga. This financing adds to the previously granted €19 million loan for Building C, bringing the bank’s total financing for VERDE’s expansion to €50 million.
More than one-third of Building C’s space has already been reserved, while interest in the project from investors and prospective tenants continues to grow. This momentum is enabling the development of Building D to accelerate, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027. Once all phases of the project are completed, VERDE will become Latvia’s largest green business district, offering more than 50,000 sq m of Class A office space.
